So many firms read the word "social" and think it is only about kids chatting. However, "social marketing" is the tag put on the technology. Two way conversation has a place in every marketing mix. It also plays a HUGE role in "internal marketing", our firm's culture is actually "social" and the technology fits, as does the tag. Nice job Z2. I could not agree more.
