		<description>I could not agree more.  Social media is about listening.  So many firms read the word &quot;social&quot; and think it is only  about kids chatting.  However, &quot;social marketing&quot; is the tag put on the technology.  Two way conversation has a place in every marketing mix.  It also plays a HUGE role in &quot;internal marketing&quot;, our firm&#039;s culture is actually &quot;social&quot; and the technology fits, as does the tag. Nice job Z2.</description>
