Corporate Branding Extreme

One U.S. clothing company is taking corporate branding to a whole new level. Instead of wanting you to remember their name, they want you to wear it…. as a tattoo.

Ecko Unlimited, known for its hip line of denim, t-shirts, track jackets and sneakers, is offering a 20 percent discount off its products for life, to anyone who gets a logo tattoo. Ecko’s website has two logos to choose from, and are available for you to download and take to your favorite tattoo artist. The only stipulations: the logos need to remain intact and must be on permanent display on some area of your body (you get to pick where). Other than that, you can select your favorite color and even add your own creative touches to finesse the final product.

While this is a new promotion for Ecko, they’ve already had some new tattoo discount takers. Perhaps for some, sporting a t-shirt with a giant logo, ‘inked’ what it used to be!

Hmmm, actually the “shears” logo is pretty cool…
